Chemicals that we sell are NOT FOOD / USP grade. If you buy a Chemical and you are using it for Clinical / Human (Animal) Use / Application we are not liable. Again they are not for or on Human / Animal use / testing.

Returns and Refunds

Science Lab Supplies offers refunds up to 14 days from receipt of product for any reason. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer if an order is simply not wanted and is returned in salable condition. In this case, we refund 0% of the original shipping charge and 90% of the product charge.

If product arrives defective or broken, we will promptly replace or refund the item at the buyers choice.

If the buyer purchases multiple items and one or more of the items are broken or defective, yet not all of the items, we will promptly replace the broken/defective items or refund any or all of the items returned upon return receipt of the returned items. In such a case we will pay the return shipping.

If you return an order you simply don't want or need, please pack it well and insure the order because the order will not be refunded if it is returned broken or in unsalable condition or lost. Please send us tracking information when doing a return. Insurance is a good idea because of these reasons.

Refused packages will not be accepted as returns unless we ask you to refuse the package.

Please do not refuse packages that sound or appear broken. Couriers will double charge for shipping due to the return. We would rather replace any broken items or issue a refund.

Attempted delivery will be treated as refused packages. As it is our responsibility to have a package delivered a customer generated destination, it is the customer's responsibility to have a way to receive the package. If no one is there to receive the package or if there is no standard place where UPS, Fedex, or your postal carrier leaves your package, it becomes the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier if delivery has been attempted but not fulfilled.

We accept international orders. We are limiting our responsibility of international orders to US and Canadian borders. Once a package has left the United States, we consider the order delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to receive the package. We sell large volumes of fragile, inexpensive products. It's difficult enough to manage the mistakes of our domestic carriers, but their capabilities are defined and understood for us, however this is not the case for international couriers and international customs. Additionally, there are almost 200 countries in the world, if their government chooses to hold your package for additional taxes or duties, we are not responsible for any customs duties, and we reserve the right to end any dispute concerning customs duties in our favor. If an order is not released to the customer because they refuse to pay the customs, we will not be responsible for non-delivery and we will not reimburse the order. We reiterate the policy that once a package has left our borders, it is the responsibility of the customer to receive the package, and that does include the customer being responsible for customs duties.
