936-727-5038. We are owned by LAB.SUPPLY Inc and any invoices or credit card charges will reflect the same.

Chemicals that we sell are NOT FOOD / USP grade. If you buy a Chemical and you are using it for Clinical / Human (Animal) Use / Application we are not liable. Again they are not for or on Human / Animal use / testing.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Science Lab Supplies. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy: All orders are processed within 0-3 business days. Generally orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays however, Fedex and USPS regularly deliver Saturdays. However, Saturday and Sunday will not contribute to handling time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, we will notify you if this is the case. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges will be calculated before checkout. Here is a general structure of in-transit times following our handling time:

Standard: 3-5 Business Days
2nd Day: 2 Business Days

Next Day: 1-2 Business Days

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: We to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. These shipments are limited to the capabilites of the US Postal System.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy: We Ship Internationally. Please see our Returns and Refunds policy concerning International Shipments. For certain delivery, choose a premium carrier at checkout rather than the postal service. Once product leaves US borders, it becomes your responsibility to receive the package.
