Housed in tough clear plastic so that the internal working can be easily viewed. This serves a dual purpose it demonstrates the transformation of mechanical energy into electrical energy and it can also be used as a dc generator to produce 6v dc when the adaptor (included) with a 20 inch wire with alligator clips on the end is inserted. It can also be used as a hand cranked flashlight due to a mounted bulb which lights when cranked. Comes complete with an extra bulb.
